This message is only displayed if PlayIt Live loses connection to the audio device or if there is an issue with the audio device. Please check that your audio device has a solid connection or try a different socket if it is a USB device.
As a general observation, sound devices stand or fall on the quality of the driver the manufacturer provides.
I've tried various sound cards and settled on the ESI Gigaport HD+ as the best I've used.

As an input device to the computer (taking a mixer out back into the computer to stream it) my current choice is the Roland UA-25EX (if you can find one second hand).

When I leave the software playing, after about 5 minutes, the device pauses, and starts playing when I I revive the software. Any help?
