Our PlayIt software has suddenly started to drag it's feet whenever you put a stop marker in, try scrolling through the timeline or basically do anything. It was fine earlier today but this has started doing it.
We've tried various things like restarting, updating computer, turning server off and back on to no prevail.
I've ran a diagnostics check and have sent it over under reference "John Steemson - Crags Radio". Any help would be appreciated please.

Hi John,
Is this still an issue? I'm afraid I did not receive any diagnostic data under that reference. Are you up to date with the latest version of PlayIt Live?
