The alternative approach is to go to C:\ProgramData\PlayIt Live (note that C:\ProgramData is a hidden folder and not to be confused with C:\Program Files) and zip up this folder and save it to cloud storage. Please email me a link to [email protected]

Hi Guys,
Encountering an issue where when we add tags to a track in the online sync, they are not saving to the database on the computer. When we attempt to apply the changes to the file in the programme rather than the online browser, we get this error pop up.
We are fully up to date on the release versions and cannot work out how to get the info to sync any more.
Tips greatly appreciated as tags are how we keep active categories moving as it's easier to edit online.
