Hi Andy.
Please ensure the software is not running as administrator. It is important as PlayIt Live needs to be running in the same privileges as File Explorer. As File Explorer is running as non-administrator, PlayIt Live cannot be running as administrator. I would never recommend turning off UAC.

I have the program running on several computers and have just encouraged the radio station I work on to install it. Installed the latest version and loaded all the music, set the monitored folders.
No drag and drop???
uninstalled and reinstalled again......No drag and drop
Turned off UAC
No drag and drop
Whats happening please ??
