Please download this Diagnostics Tool, choose PlayIt Live and tick "Include Crash Dumps", enter your email address as a reference and send me your data: https://downloads.playitsoftware.com/DiagnosticsTool/PlayItDiagnosticsTool.exe
Hopefully this will point to the cause of the crash.
