Hello Adrian. Please ensure that you have unchecked the option for Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device:
Go to Start > Sound Settings > scroll down to Sound Control Panel > Right click <audio device> > Properties > Advanced > un-tick Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device > OK

Hello, I have no sound from play it live, I am running windown 10 Pro with a Xoner u5 Soundcard, All other audio programmes work, I have checked all the settings many times tried a re install but nothing works, However i dio get a tiny sound for about one second when closing the play it live application down
