Crashed and now won't start up

I was manually loading a playlist and suddenly the program crashed and I got the attached screenshot. I tried again and got the same thing. I rebooted and got the same thing and finally uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't start.

What gives?

Hi Timothy,

Please can you tell me what you were doing before the crash? What was playing, a song, break note, URL etc? You have somehow got the software into an unrecoverable state. I have received the error report you have submitted and I will see if it is trivial to resolve and release a fix.

If you do not have much data to lose, you can delete the program data by going to C:\ProgramData\ and deleting (or renaming) the PlayIt Live folder.
