My approach would have folders called Monday, Tuesday etc. and make them monitored folders.
Then put the file for each day (up to a week at a time) in the appropriate folder.
You could set the clock and hour to take the file from that monitored folder as appropriate to the day, so Monday's clock monitors Monday's folder and so on.

You would need to finesse the clock a little to cope with timing differences between the file for each week

Hi. I think I saw the answer to this a while ago, but can't find it. We run devotional programs on our station, and download maybe a week or month at a time, each file with it's own date. is there a way to set the Playout Policy somehow so that each file runs on the right day? Thanks in advance!
