PlayIt Live Playout Policies for Artists is based on the
Artist in the Track’s Media Information.
Pay attention to the Spelling and make sure that every Track
by that artist has the artist’s name exactly the same. No extra spaces, punctuation ect. If there are differences, the software
will think it’s a different Artist. For
example: JoeSmith Joe
Smith (Space) Joe Smith All
3 are different.
Tip:
If Joe Smith has a duet with Joan Jett and you’d like this
to be considered a Joe Smith Track so the Artist Policy is applied, Change the Artist to: Joe Smith. (omitting Joan Jett)
Change the Track Title to : Hey Jude (duet with Joan Jett)
