You can set this up using clocks and the clock schedule. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Create a Clock for Your DJ's Show
Go to Manage > Clocks and create a new clock (e.g. "Wednesday 1pm Show"). Build your hour template with tracks, voice track placeholders, jingles, etc. Make sure to include Voice Track items where your DJ needs to record their links.
Step 2: Schedule the Clock to Repeat Weekly
Go to Manage > Clock Schedule and schedule your clock for every Wednesday at 1pm. When adding the schedule item, tick the "Repeat" checkbox, select "Weekly" as the repeat period, choose "every 1 week", select Wednesday as the repeat day
Step 3: Automatic Log Generation
When your DJ logs into remote voice tracking for their Wednesday 1pm slot, PlayIt Live will automatically schedule that hour based on your clock template (up to 30 days ahead). The system generates the log with all the tracks and voice track placeholders ready for them to record into.
Step 4: Set Up DJ Access
In Manage > Users, make sure your DJ has remote voice tracking access for Wednesday 1pm (and 2pm if it's a two-hour show).

Follow up question.
I now have the weekly clocks showing up for the user.
How do I just create an empty clock that is one hour or two for that user that is BLANK or just have a single voice track or intro song?
It is currently filling in the clock with random tracks.
The scheduler will always want to fill any empty gaps. What would be the purpose of a single voice track and song?
I want the DJ to fill in their clock block segment with the songs of their choice and remote voice track where they wish.

I have DJ's that i want to schedule to do weekly one and two hour shows.
They will remote VT these shows every week.
Is there a way for me to schedule a VT session for a user FOR every WEDNESDAY at 1pm say for an entire month at a time? Or as a clock?
