Hi,
I was called yesterday by a presenter reporting no tracks playing from the log.
The error received is; Failed to load: BASS_ERROR_FILEOPEN: File does not exist.
We have just this live machine linked with our PlayIt Manager server. File path substitution is in place.
All files were able to play previous to this. We’re still unable to play anything from the server.
Any suggestions?
Are you using a shared drive for the audio files? Is it possible the connection to this folder was lost?

No, all files are saved on the hard drive in the computer which sharing settings are only set for the playit live computer as instructed in the PlayIt manager set up video.
