When I mixdown audio - any audio - I notice an audio spike right at the beginning of the audio file - means I have to load it in Audition to edit it out - any clues as to why this might be happening?
I believe this was an issue with the MP3 encoder in PlayIt VoiceTrack. This should be resolved in the latest 1.06 beta - at least I can't reproduce it there.
