Playit VT not allowing the presenters to see their remote hours

Hi all, i don't know if you can help but I am using remote VT but a bit of an older version from 2018 as my home PC is windows xp. Works fine, can do all that i need to do but when logging into to the remote session it is not showing me all my hours.
I have created the playlist, I have added to the clock, I have given user permission but it just won't show any shows apart from my Monday session.
For remote voice track hours to be seen when logging in, the hour must contain at least one voice track placeholder item in the log or the scheduled clock.
