Plug in

I purchased an Audio Processing plug in last week.  I had to reinstall Play it Live due to issues with the music.  I have clicked the reinstall on the email I received after the purchase and all I am getting is a grey screen. What do I need to do?

Thank you.  I realised what the problem was.  I had logged in via another email when I had re-installed it.  I've purchased another one but now it won't download!!!!
