I would love to use the remote features, however my ISP doesn’t allow port forwarding. Is there a workaround?

You can use the free tier of Tailscale https://tailscale.com/ to create a VPN private network for your machines. I'm afraid we cannot provide direct support for this approach, but there is plenty of help online.
