Cannot connect Play It Live Internet Broadcast to Radio.co through Windows 111

I have inserted the three settings supplied by Radio.co and the VU meter indicates a signal going out. But nothing happens when you click on Start All Streams. The On Air stays Off Air. Has anyone got an answer please.


Please check the details, or post a screenshot of what you have entered. The levels shown are a monitor of the audio input so not necessarily an indication that anything is being sent. We have many Radio.co users with no streaming issues.

What is the message shown in the description column when the stream is started. This usually has the reason for the issue. 

Nothing changes. When you press "start all streams" you get the confirmation box. Click yes and it changes to "Stop all streams". But the left hand side stays Off Air and never changes.


I don't see any messages at all

I have tested this with our test Radio.co account. The details uses a different server and port but it connects successfully and can listen to the stream. Here is a screenshot of our settings. You may need to contact Radio.co for more troubleshooting steps.
