I am trying to set up an in-house radio station for a nonprofit youth center. They have a premium account for YouTube music. I have used Play it Live with mp3s on hard drive. The question is can PIL use the music from the YouTube account?
No, PlayIt Live must use physical audio files in MP3 or alternative format. Using audio from a streaming service such as YouTube Music is against their terms of service.
