I use PIL in Live Assist mode and keep the Log Scheduler button on all the time so the play out log is always loading content. I'm curious as to what the Automation button does. Typically, in other automation systems, this type of button would enable segues of the items in the log until disabled. However, in PIL, segues done differently by the icon on each item in log; either a down arrow or stop icon. If Log Scheduler is enabled and then I enable Automation I see no difference in operation. If both are off, enabling Automation also enables Log Scheduler, which may be it's intended purpose. I didn't see much in the manual regarding the function/feature of the Automation button.

Thank you.
