Log Scheduler and automation and control buttons on bottom right corner missing on ui

On my windows 10 PC, Log Scheduler and automation and control buttons on bottom right corner missing on ui. Everything else works great. I tried loading PL on another machine, those buttons appear with no problems. Uninstalled and re-installed latest version of PL, same thing happens.
