Leaving aside that 35MHz seems an unlikely tone frequency (35Hz might be more likely - so beneath the typical audio range) PlayIt Live can't use triggers in that way.
Many years ago I remember tone triggers for radio automation (typically DTMF) and in my younger days I spent a while trying to get tone triggers (using FX207 & FX307 ICs) to work reliably for a different purpose.
My understanding is other methods (metadata triggers for example) are more typical today.
Do they not just allocate fixed time slots ?
