Weird one , Hard Break at top of hour - first track deselected - Fade in timing Problem?

Strange one, the scheduled podcast was deselected as quick as it loaded and the clock moved onto next track. Is it anything to do with the last track in previous hour started at 13:56:29 was 3min29s long taking us up to 13:59:58 which would be the start of fade out, but nothing to fade- is it pulling first track of next hour and then immediately kicking it on the hard break?
