Hi Eric,
Please ensure you do not have the file open in Notepad while PlayIt Live is trying to write to it.
Please ensure that you have access permissions to write to the location you have selected.
PlayIt Live only writes Now Playing data for tracks, so it will not update for URLs, Break Notes, etc.
