Can't read right side of documentation on some pages

Has anyone else experienced this? On some pages, (pg 42 shown here) the very right side of the PDF documentation is cut. (See photo)

Hi Dave,

I'm afraid the issue you describe is a problem with the program used to generate the documentation.

Still exists in the HTML version as the menu stays on and pushes things over to the right. I can usually figure what's being said though.

The HTML version has horizontal scrollbars if you screen is not wide enough to fit the content, but it looks fine on my screen.
