Jason did briefly answer this some years ago. The advice was to download to the hard drive first and transfer from this to the categories. Does this mean either - download from USB to computer internal hard drive or to the external drive, which contains all the categories, and creating a "New" category for the additional items first? When I try to safely remove the USB, a message comes up that it is still in use. Once removed all the material is also removed from the external drive.
