Changing Track Groups in Automatic Playout Mode

Scenario - I have 10 Track Groups - Main one is called "Pop &Rock" and another is called "Northern Soul".

Question - If "Pop & Rock" is the main automated playout track list (working fine), how do I change to the "Northern Soul" track group at say 20:00hrs on a Friday, then revert back to "Pop & Rock" at 01:00hrs on a Saturday morning??

Any help would be appreciated as its bugging me how to do it. One and Two hour shows work fine, its just how to play a random selection from a track group that I cant fathom out.

Adrian, I think the best answer to your question is "use clocks".
