Yes, you can go to File > Settings > Live-Assist Mode and increase the time under Scheduling Settings.
You can also go to Manage > Playout Log and increase the date range and click Schedule and OK.

Yes, Create your playlists with an external source, (I use Media Monkey) Shuffle them, then place them in when you are ready. (Highlite, Copy with drag & Drop)

Is there any way how to generate playlist for more then one hour ahead? I would like to have them loaded e.g. one day before it'll be played.
