Latest Version Won't Install on Windows Server 2012 R2?

Hi guys,
Wondering if you can help. I've downloaded version v2.04.2.2582and it says that I need Windows 7 or higher to install. I'm running Windows Server 2012 (as I'm hosting remotely) and I'm sure my server R2 is higher than Windows 7 - it certainly has the same layout!!
Can you whizz-kids point me in the right direction or am I stuck on the version below?
