My play it live won’t open at all and anyone help please.?? I have attached the error report- and where it will load to with out it opening

Please send your data and logs using this tool and I will try to suggest a fix: http://downloads.playitsoftware.com/DiagnosticsTool/PlayItDiagnosticsTool.exe. Please download and run on your PlayIt Live computer and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hi Jason,

I have no clue - It's saying Loading and then it does nothing and says Starting Sync Service...

Hi,

I'm having the same issue with this software. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall (twice) but it gets stuck on the Starting Sync Service and crashes. It's done this since my database server crashed.

I've sent the diagnostics but does anyone have a fix? The reinstall hasn't done a thing :(

This issue was resolved in the latest version of PlayIt Live from https://www.playitsoftware.com/Products/Live
