Hi David,
Please can you say if this is still an issue and if so what were you doing before it showed this error. When you uninstall the software, your PlayIt Live data is not deleted which would explain why the error still appears when you reinstall. If you want to start from scratch you can delete the PlayIt Live folder under C:\ProgramData

The interface has crashed and although I have uninstalled the whole program and reinstalled I still get the attached message when attempting to open the program
