Taking a look at your screenshot, it looks like the activation page has not loaded properly. It should look like this:
Do you have scripts turned off on your Internet Options, see the 'Content' tab.
If you are continuing to have trouble with online activation, please use Offline Activation: http://docs.playitsoftware.com/PlayItLive/109/Activating-Offline.html

I tried the turn off script and that didn't do anything, but I had to generate a new license and now it's working. Thanks for your help.

Hi Kevin,
It looks like this was an XP only issue. I was able to replicate with my own XP machine here that now have access to. This problem should now be resolved for your next online activation.
