Licence key format

When I hit activate after entering licence key a message appears saying key is incorrect format. How to fix this???

Hi Derek,

I am glad you found the solution. Licence keys are in hexadecimal format, that is numbers 0-9 or letters A-F.

Found I had an O where there should have been a 0. Activated OK.
