Nevermind, I've found the solution. The window containing Cartwall had somehow been moved entirely off of the screen. I opened the Task Manager, right-clicked on Playit Cartwall, and clicked Maximize. The window shot into place on the desktop and now I can manipulate it like normal.
Thanks anyway, and thanks for such useful software!

I don't know if the folks in this thread ever found a solution, but we're having a similar problem.
In our case the issue is affecting a single user on a single computer. Other users on the same computer can start Cartwall; likewise, the same user can start Cartwall on other computers.
When starting the program, the splash screen appears and shows various components loading, but the cart window never appears. The Cartwall icon appears on the taskbar showing the program is active - indeed, the program can be quit from the taskbar in this state. The computer is running an up-to-date version of Windows 11 Pro.
We've tried reinstalling the program; uninstalling then reinstalling the program; uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling the program. None of those have worked. We've also tried replacing the data in the ProgramData\Playit Cartwall\ folder, also to no effect. Because of the logs contained in that folder, I have included a ZIP of it with this post.
The strange thing is the specificity to the user. Our first guess is that there's some corrupted registry entry, but we haven't wanted to just go randomly digging through the registry.
Please let us know if you have a solution or if you need any additional information. Thank you!
