I've seen messages here about problems with plugin installation, but mine starts earlier. I go to the plugin manager, choose the plugin, login, and then it say in step 2/2 "Your plugin is installing ....0%". Then it hangs there. The programs does't freeze up, but the process never starts.
I'm running on windows 10 and everything else seems to be working fine. Screenshot attached.
Sorted. I don't know what did the trick, but I've disabled antivirus and I have also closed the program and did the download from the online account. Job done. Thanks.
