I have voice tracker subscription and I have free cart-wall - but none of the other products after downloaded wont open

Please help me I have 64 bit OS - is that a problem for the other programs.
Please let me know what to do please as I wont to help other local schools doing a radio station in their school and I want to know before I set them up.
the ones that work - Cart wall and voice tracker all OK.
Recorder cant find the recorder device
Plat it LIVE or Manager - wont open and give errors
