Import Playout Log (from m3u) with VoiceTrack, BreakNote, FixedTimeMarker

Is it possible to add features such as VoiceTrack, BreakNote, FixedTimeMarker (Soft, Hard etc) while importing the log (from m3u)?

I can add the top of hour as below but it is only visually divided because there is no ETM.
