How do I set up a simple playlist with no hourly segments?

I want to use the Live Assist screen but just want to set up a simple playlist by dragging and dropping tracks from the tracks list without visual confusion of the hourly time segments. In other words, the time segments are of no use to me.Is this possible to not show them? If so can someone point me in the right direction as to how I can remove them or hide them as I am unable to find out how to do this.
