When i open playitlive there comes a errorbug with oops error (send the bug report)....you can upgrading" or something like that - so cant open the software anymore....whatr can i do? when i re-install, loose i all settings and all musicfiles?

Hi Elroy,
It is not clear what is causing the problem. If you upgrade you will not lose your settings or music files. If you want to start again (fresh database, etc) you can delete/move the folder located at C:\ProgramData\PlayIt Live
