Transferring unfo to another computer

I have windows 10 . What do I copy for my data and how do I reapply it to new computer. Also, I had my music on an external drive E.I copied to to new computer Drive F, will it still look for Diver E,?

If you move the data there (I guess for Windows 10 it will be in the same place as Windows 8) to the new PC and put the tracks in the same place on the new PC my guess is it will "just work". Your external drive for music will have to have the same drive letter as on the old PC.
