PlayIt Live shows a pre-loading screen with the spinning circles before the main loading screen. I responded to you on Slack. Please ensure you are running at least Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 Anniversary Update. You should also ensure that .NET Framework 4.7.1 is installed.

What is the program that loads before play it live when first installing it?. -I think its not completed correctly, play it live tries to start, with the spinning circle, but then it stops after a couple of seconds. thanks.
