Help! same problem. Did updates.... and no program audio out of audio jack. audio plays through pc speakers but again no analog audio at 1/8 jack. this only happens with the play it software. All other windows sounds pass through the analog jack. im dead in the water here. when you plug cable in, the speakers do not mute. I have even tried an identical machine.... same issue
