Install completes but software won't run

I have installed the latest version of PlayIt Recorder but it crashes on startup. Here is the report:

Please ensure you have installed all Windows Updates and .NET Framework 4.0 https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=17851
